Baab ("we", "our", "the app") is a mosque finder for the Muslim community. Your privacy matters to us.

Information We Collect

• Location data (optional): Used only to show nearby mosques and center the map. We do not store or share your location.
• Account information (optional): If you create an account, we collect your name and email address to manage your profile.
• Push notification token (optional): If you enable notifications, we store your device token to send prayer reminders and updates.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide app functionality: showing nearby mosques, sending notifications you opted into, and managing your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for backend infrastructure (database, authentication). Supabase processes data on our behalf under their privacy policy. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your personal data from our systems. Location data is never stored on our servers.

Children's Privacy

Baab is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
